39 Extended reporting period if reportable offender still on parole If a reportable offender is on parole in respect of a reportable offence and the reporting period in respect of the offence would, but for this section, end before the expiry of the sentence of imprisonment to which the parole relates, the reportable offender must comply with the reporting obligations until the expiry of the term of imprisonment to which the parole relates.
