33 Retention of material for certain purposes
The Commissioner may retain and use for law enforcement, crime
prevention and child protection purposes any of the following taken
under this Division from or in relation to a reportable offender:
(a) copies of any documents;
(b) any fingerprints or fingerscans;
(c) any photographs.
