11Exceptions

11 Exceptions (1) Subject to section 13, the following persons are not reportable offenders: (a) a person who has been sentenced in respect of a Class 1 or Class 2 offence that he or she committed as a child; (b) a person who is subject to a good behaviour bond (or an equivalent order under a law of a foreign jurisdiction) in respect of a Class 1 or Class 2 offence; (c) a person who has been sentenced in respect of a single Class 2 offence, if the sentence did not include: (i) a term of imprisonment; or (ii) a requirement that the person be under the supervision of a supervising authority or another person or body. Child Protection (Offender Reporting and Registration) Act 2004 9 (2) A reference in subsection (1)(c) to a single offence includes a reference to more than one offence of the same kind arising from the same incident.
