107 Application of amendments to Schedules if person is not reportable offender (1) Subsection (2) applies to a person if: (a) immediately before the commencement the person was not a (b) at any time before the commencement the person had by the amending Act, is a reportable offence. (2) If, after the commencement, the person is sentenced by a Territory court for the offence mentioned in subsection (1)(b), the person becomes a Territory reportable offender as defined in section 7(1).
