106 Application of amendments to Schedules if person is reportable offender (1) Subsection (2) applies to a person if: (a) immediately before the commencement the person was a (b) at any time before the commencement the person had by the amending Act, is a reportable offence. (2) The person's reporting period does not increase, regardless of whether the person was sentenced before, or is sentenced after, the commencement for the offence mentioned in subsection (1)(b).
