104 Amendment to Schedules if person is not reportable offender (1) This section applies if: (a) immediately before the commencement – a person was not a (b) at any time before the commencement – the person had by the amending Act, becomes a reportable offence. (2) If, after the commencement, the person is sentenced by a Territory court for the offence mentioned in subsection (1)(b), the person becomes a Territory reportable offender as defined in section 7(1).
