sec.39 Child employment guide
This section does not apply to an employer of a child if the employer is a parent of the child. The employer must ensure the following are given to a parent of the child— information about the child employment guide; if requested by the parent—a copy of the guide. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —20 penalty units. (sec.39-ssec.1) This section does not apply to an employer of a child if the employer is a parent of the child.
