#### 8A Purpose of prescribing classes of children in this Division Classes of children are prescribed in this Division so that an individual may be able to be eligible for CCS or ACCS, or that an approved provider of an approved child care service may be able to be eligible for ACCS (child wellbeing), for a session of care in relation to such children, notwithstanding the restriction in subparagraphs 85BA(1)(a)(ii) and 85CA(2)(b)(ii) of the Family Assistance Act (which limits CCS and ACCS eligibility in relation to children who are 13 or under and who do not attend secondary school).
