#### 7B Meaning of ceases to operate a child care service For the purposes of section 197J of the Family Assistance Administration Act, a provider ceases to operate an approved child care service of the provider if one or more of the following circumstances applies to the service: (a) the service ceases to provide child care and the Secretary is satisfied that the provider does not intend that the service will resume providing child care; (b) the Secretary is satisfied that the provider no longer directly controls, manages or directs the provision of child care provided by the service.
