#### 48D Additional condition for continued approval for providers in receipt of the Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred Support payment
For the purposes of section 195E of the Family Assistance Administration Act, it is a condition for continued approval that if an approved provider receives a payment under Division 2 of Part 6 of these Rules:
the provider must comply with the undertaking given in accordance with paragraph 60C(1)(d) of these Rules within 14 days of giving the undertaking;
the provider must provide evidence that the provider has complied with the undertaking within 14 days of being requested to do so by the Secretary.
