#### 47A Approved provider must give certain information about prescribed payments (1) For the purposes of section 195E of the Family Assistance Administration Act, if a payment prescribed by these Rules for the purposes of paragraph 2(2A)(c) of Schedule 2 to the Family Assistance Act is to be made to an approved provider in respect of a session of care provided to a child, it is a condition for continued approval that the provider give information to the individual eligible for CCS in respect of the child about the effect of that payment. (2) The information must be provided as soon as practicable after the provider becomes aware that the payment is to be made.
