#### 42 Who may apply for approval For paragraph 194A(1)(d) of the Family Assistance Administration Act, the following entities and bodies are prescribed: (a) an eligible association or a prescribed entity within the meaning of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations; (b) an unincorporated body or entity that has a governing body as referred to in section 230B of the Family Assistance Administration Act (application of family assistance law to providers that are unincorporated).
