#### 18 Application—unlawful purposes
(1) This Division does not apply in relation to paid or unpaid work or other participation type, if undertaken:
(a) for an unlawful purpose; or
(b) for an employer, business or other person or organisation that has an unlawful purpose.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), work or other participation type includes the following:
(a) work experience or an internship;
(b) employment or contract work;
(c) voluntary work;
(d) work done as part of self employment;
(e) setting up a business.
