48 Review, amendment and replacement of Standards
(1) The Secretary may review the Standards –
(a) at his or her discretion; or
(b) on the request of any person.
(2) The Secretary must review the Standards when required to do so by the Minister.
(3) The Secretary may amend or revoke and substitute the Standards as specified in, and in accordance with, the Standards.
