[Section 30 Substituted by No. 67 of 2005, s. 16, Applied:15 Dec 2005] The holder of a licence must ensure that insurance cover is taken out and maintained in respect of the child care service as required by the regulations, the Standards or a condition to which the licence is subject.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
