These regulations make a technical amendment to the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Regulations 2023 and take effect on the day their Gazette notice is published (reg 2, reg 4). These regulations may be cited as the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Amendment Regulations 2026 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Regulations 2023 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Regulations 2023 .
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
Notified in the Gazette on 1 April 2026
