Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What this does: This regulation repeals (cancels) the Chicken Meat Research and Development Council Regulations 1990.

Who it affects: Stakeholders in the chicken meat industry and administrative staff who operated under the 1990 rules, as the legal framework for that specific Research and Development Council is removed.

Why it matters: From 1 July 1995, the 1990 Regulations cease to have legal effect. This effectively removes the establishment and operational rules for the Chicken Meat Research and Development Council, likely as part of a consolidation or restructure of agricultural research bodies under the Primary Industries and Energy Research and Development Act 1989.

Key detail: This is a "bare" repeal—it contains no replacement provisions, transitional arrangements, or savings clauses.
