94 Engagement of consultants etc.
(1) The Director may, on behalf of the Commonwealth and with the approval of the Minister or of another person authorised in writing by the Minister for the purpose, engage, under agreements in writing, persons having suitable qualifications and experience as consultants to the Director. (2) The terms and conditions of a person engaged by the Director under subsection (1) are such as are determined by the Director.
