23 Variation of permits
(1) Subject to subsection 27(1), the Minister may, by written notice, vary a permit. (2) A variation to a permit takes effect on the day on which the notice of the variation is given to the permit holder under subsection 26(2) or such later day as is specified in the instrument of variation.
