sec.37 Hourly fee
A fee is payable by the person for each hour or part of an hour of the supervision. If the supervision, or a part of the supervision, is on a business day, the hourly fee for the supervision or part of the supervision is— for working hours—52.40 fee units; or otherwise—78.90 fee units. If the supervision, or a part of the supervision, is on a day that is not a business day, the hourly fee for the supervision or part of the supervision is 105.30 fee units. The person must pay for the time the inspector takes to travel between the inspector’s place of work and the place of supervision at the rate mentioned in subsection (2) or (3) . s 37 amd 2018 SL No. 98 s 14 ; 2019 SL No. 127 s 15 ; 2020 SL No. 152 s 13 ; 2021 SL No. 85 s 14 ; 2022 SL No. 52 s 14 (sec.37-ssec.1) A fee is payable by the person for each hour or part of an hour of the supervision.
