sec.31 Preparing or using the product from the ground
This section applies to the preparation or use of the agricultural chemical product other than on or from an aircraft in flight. The person must not prepare or allow the product to be prepared at a place susceptible to run-off. The person must not use the product or allow the product to be used— on a drainage line; or at a place susceptible to run-off; or within 20m of a sinkhole or well. (sec.31-ssec.1) This section applies to the preparation or use of the agricultural chemical product other than on or from an aircraft in flight. (sec.31-ssec.2) The person must not prepare or allow the product to be prepared at a place susceptible to run-off. (sec.31-ssec.3) The person must not use the product or allow the product to be used— on a drainage line; or at a place susceptible to run-off; or within 20m of a sinkhole or well.
