sec.22 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies to a person who prepares or uses, or causes to be prepared or used, an agricultural chemical product containing ametryn for carrying out relevant sugarcane growing. However, this subdivision does not apply to the preparation or use of a registered agricultural chemical product containing ametryn and trifloxysulfuron sodium as its only active constituents in the following quantities for each kilogram of the product— for ametryn—731.5g; for trifloxysulfuron sodium—18.5g. (sec.22-ssec.1) This subdivision applies to a person who prepares or uses, or causes to be prepared or used, an agricultural chemical product containing ametryn for carrying out relevant sugarcane growing. (sec.22-ssec.2) However, this subdivision does not apply to the preparation or use of a registered agricultural chemical product containing ametryn and trifloxysulfuron sodium as its only active constituents in the following quantities for each kilogram of the product— for ametryn—731.5g; for trifloxysulfuron sodium—18.5g.
