An unregistered agricultural chemical product that is a reserved agricultural chemical product is prescribed for section 13A (2) of the Act if the product is used in a way that complies with any conditions under the Agvet Code relevant to the use of the product. See the Agvet Code, section 56ZU (3) (Regulations may contain schedule of reserved chemical products).
