This section applies in relation to an agricultural chemical product containing an S7 poison if the instructions for use stated on the approved label for containers of the product relate to treating timber. A person must not use the agricultural chemical product on a commercial basis, unless the person has successfully completed the unit of competency ‘FWPSAW3201—Treat timber’ of a VET course.
