sec.13C Chemical product containing strychnine
A person must not use a chemical product containing an S7 poison that is strychnine unless the person is authorised under the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 to possess and apply the strychnine. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 13C ins 2020 SL No. 96 s 6 amd 2021 SL No. 141 s 93 sch 8
