sec.4C Powers and functions of standards officers
The standards officer has the functions and powers given to the officer under this or another Act. A deputy standards officer has the functions and powers given to the officer under this Act or by the standards officer. s 4C ins 1994 No. 78 s 37 sch (sec.4C-ssec.1) The standards officer has the functions and powers given to the officer under this or another Act. (sec.4C-ssec.2) A deputy standards officer has the functions and powers given to the officer under this Act or by the standards officer.
