sec.28B Not an offence to act under direct supervision
A provision of this Act defining an offence that is expressed to apply to a person other than a veterinary surgeon does not apply to a person who is acting under the direct supervision of a veterinary surgeon. s 28B ins 2002 No. 76 s 27
