sec.22 Right of appeal to Magistrates Court for decision to seize
This section applies to a decision of an inspector to seize a thing under section 20 . A person who is dissatisfied with the decision may appeal against it. The appeal may be made to the Magistrates Court nearest the place where the appellant resides, is employed or carries on business. s 22 sub 1994 No. 78 s 37 sch amd 2009 No. 24 s 406 (sec.22-ssec.1) This section applies to a decision of an inspector to seize a thing under section 20 . (sec.22-ssec.2) A person who is dissatisfied with the decision may appeal against it. (sec.22-ssec.3) The appeal may be made to the Magistrates Court nearest the place where the appellant resides, is employed or carries on business.
