sec.21A Review of particular decisions
This section applies to the following decisions— a direction contained in a notice under section 16 ; a decision of an inspector to refuse an application under section 17 . A person who is dissatisfied with the decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision. A standards officer or inspector must give a person an information notice for a decision only if this Act so requires. s 21A ins 2009 No. 24 s 405 (sec.21A-ssec.1) This section applies to the following decisions— a direction contained in a notice under section 16 ; a decision of an inspector to refuse an application under section 17 . (sec.21A-ssec.2) A person who is dissatisfied with the decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act , to QCAT for a review of the decision. (sec.21A-ssec.3) A standards officer or inspector must give a person an information notice for a decision only if this Act so requires.
