sec.12J Use by veterinary surgeon
A veterinary surgeon may use, or prescribe, supply or recommend for use a compounded veterinary chemical product in a quantity needed for a single course of treatment of— animals other than trade species animals; or a single trade species animal. Subsection (1) applies only to animals under the care of the veterinary surgeon. s 12J ins 2002 No. 76 s 26 (sec.12J-ssec.1) A veterinary surgeon may use, or prescribe, supply or recommend for use a compounded veterinary chemical product in a quantity needed for a single course of treatment of— animals other than trade species animals; or a single trade species animal. (sec.12J-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies only to animals under the care of the veterinary surgeon.
- (a) animals other than trade species animals; or
- (b) a single trade species animal.
