sec.10 Person not to dispose of package or chemical in improper manner

A person shall not dispose of or discard a chemical, or a package that contains or has contained a chemical, in a manner— such that harm is caused or is likely to be caused to the property of any other person, any human or animal life, the environment or the State’s trade with any other State or a Territory or another country; or that is contrary to the manner (if any) prescribed.
