7 Definition of sanctioned service
Sanctioned service means: (a) the provision to Somalia of financing for the acquisition or delivery of export sanctioned goods; or (b) the direct or indirect provision to Somalia of the following, in relation to military activities: (i) technical advice; (ii) financial or other assistance; (iii) training.
