#### 32 Offence for failure to comply with requirement (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) the person has been given a notice under section 30; and (b) the person does not comply with the notice. Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months. (2) Section 15.1 of the Criminal Code (extended geographical jurisdiction—category A) applies to an offence against subsection (1).
