#### 38 Chief executive officers of network members 38 Chief executive officers of network members > Any person who ceases to hold office as a chief executive officer of a member of the University network because of the operation of Schedule 1 \[16\] to the amending Act is not entitled to be paid any remuneration or compensation because of ceasing to hold the office.
