25 Conditions of authority
For the Act, section 19(1), an authority is subject to the following conditions—
(a) the authority holder must comply with the standard conditions set out in Schedule 1,
(b) the authority holder must comply with the National Fundraising Principles set out in Schedule 1A, section 2.
