#### 36 Audit requirements while administrator holds office 36 Audit requirements while administrator holds office > > (1) For so long as an administrator holds office, the provisions of any relevant Act or law relating to the appointment and re-appointment of auditors and the functions of auditors (being provisions which would have been applicable to the organisation concerned if the administrator had not been appointed) continue to apply to the organisation. > > > (2) For the purposes of the application of those provisions, a reference in those provisions to the directors of a company is to be construed as a reference to the administrator of the organisation.
