#### 35 Administration 35 Administration > > (1) An administrator has the functions of the governing body of the organisation and no appointment of a person to that body may be made while the administrator holds office, except as required by this section. > > > (2) Before revoking the appointment of an administrator for an organisation (otherwise than for the purpose of appointing a new administrator), the Minister must— > > > > > (a) ensure that the members of the governing body of the organisation have been appointed in accordance with the constitution of the organisation, or > > > > > (b) appoint those members. > > > (3) Members of the governing body of an organisation appointed by the Minister under this section are taken to have been appointed in accordance with the constitution of the organisation. > > > (4) Any members so appointed— > > > > > (a) take office on revocation of the appointment of the administrator, and > > > > > (b) hold office in accordance with the constitution of the organisation concerned.
