#### 34 Notice of appointment 34 Notice of appointment > > (1) The Minister must serve notice of the appointment of an administrator on the organisation concerned. > > > (2) When a notice under this section is served on a non-profit organisation— > > > > > (a) the members of the governing body of the organisation cease to hold office, and > > > > > (b) if the notice so provides, all contracts of employment with the organisation are terminated, and > > > > > (c) if the notice so provides, all contracts for the provision of secretarial or administrative services to the organisation are terminated.
