#### 25Z Additional orders by courts in criminal proceedings 25Z Additional orders by courts in criminal proceedings > > (1) A court may, in addition or as an alternative to imposing a penalty for an offence under this Act or the regulations, by order, suspend or revoke an authority, or vary an authority granted under the regulations. > > > (2) A person must not fail to comply with an order made by the court under this section. > > > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > > (3) If an organisation fails to comply with an order made by the court under this section, each trustee or other person who was a member of the governing body of the organisation at the time of the failure to comply is guilty of an offence if the trustee or person knowingly authorised or permitted that failure to comply. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. > > **s 25Z:** Ins 2018 No 64, Sch 1\[26\].
