#### 25F Times for entry 25F Times for entry > > (1) An authorised officer may enter premises under this Division only at any of the following times and after giving the occupier reasonable notice— > > > > > (a) at any reasonable time during the day, > > > > > (b) at any time at which a fundraising appeal is being conducted on the premises, > > > > > (c) at any time the premises are open for entry, > > > > > (d) at any time permitted by the occupier or a search warrant authorising the entry. > > > (2) An authorised officer is not required to comply with subsection (1) if the Secretary has certified that, in the circumstances, an authorised officer need not comply with any or all of the requirements of that subsection. > > > (3) An authorised officer must comply with any direction of the Secretary as to entry to premises under subsection (2). > > **ss 25A–25H:** Ins 2018 No 64, Sch 1\[26\].
