#### 15 Application to nominate registered office 15 Application to nominate registered office > > (1) (Repealed) > > > (2) An application for an authority is to require the applicant to state in the application an address to which any notices or other documents can be forwarded for the purposes of this Act. The address so stated is, for the purposes of this Act, the registered office of the applicant. > > > (3) If the authority is to authorise the conducting of one or more fundraising appeals by branches of an organisation, the form of application must require an address to be stated for each such branch.
