sec.83 Submitting returns for other games

This section applies if the chief executive, by notice given to a person conducting a category 1, 2 or 4 game, asks the person to give the chief executive a return about the game or, for bingo, the bingo session. The person must give the return, in the approved form, within the time stated in the notice. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
