sec.72 General gaming rules
The Minister may make rules about general gaming. The Minister must notify the making of a rule on the department’s website. A rule takes effect— on the day the making of the rule is notified on the department’s website; or if a later day is stated in the Minister’s notice or the rule—on that day. The chief executive must make a copy of the rule available for public inspection on the department’s website. s 72 amd 2009 No. 41 s 16 ; 2022 No. 23 s 37 (sec.72-ssec.1) The Minister may make rules about general gaming. (sec.72-ssec.2) The Minister must notify the making of a rule on the department’s website. (sec.72-ssec.3) A rule takes effect— on the day the making of the rule is notified on the department’s website; or if a later day is stated in the Minister’s notice or the rule—on that day. (sec.72-ssec.4) The chief executive must make a copy of the rule available for public inspection on the department’s website.
