sec.7 Meaning of association
An association is a group of at least 4 persons, whether or not incorporated, formed for a common purpose that is not likely to harm— the integrity of general gaming; or public confidence and trust in buying gaming tickets as a worthwhile way of supporting fundraising activities by persons for charitable and non-profit purposes.
