sec.68 Audit program
The Minister may approve an audit program (an approved audit program ) for investigating general licensees or business or executive associates of general licensees. The chief executive is responsible for ensuring an investigation of a person under an approved audit program is conducted in accordance with the program. A person may be investigated under an approved audit program only once every year. (sec.68-ssec.1) The Minister may approve an audit program (an approved audit program ) for investigating general licensees or business or executive associates of general licensees.
