sec.67 Cancellation or reduction of period of suspension
If a general licence is suspended, at any time the suspension is in force, the chief executive may, for any remaining period of the suspension— cancel the period; or reduce the period by a stated period. The chief executive must immediately give notice of the decision to the licensee. (sec.67-ssec.1) If a general licence is suspended, at any time the suspension is in force, the chief executive may, for any remaining period of the suspension— cancel the period; or reduce the period by a stated period.
