sec.61 Consideration of representations
The chief executive must consider all written representations (the accepted representations ) made during the show cause period by— the licensee; or an interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
- (a) the licensee; or
- (b) an interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice is given.
