sec.43 Application for issue or renewal of a general licence
An application must— be made to the chief executive in the approved form; and be accompanied by the application fee, if any, prescribed under a regulation. Subsection (1B) applies if— the application is for, or for the renewal of, a category 3 gaming licence; and at the time the application is made, the applicant intends entering into a third party operator agreement. The applicant must include a copy of the proposed agreement with the application. See part 3 , division 1A (Third party operator agreements). The application must be made in the time prescribed under a regulation. The chief executive may, by notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive further information or a document that is necessary and reasonable to help the chief executive decide the application.
