sec.33 Period of approval
An approval remains in force— if a period is stated in the notice under section 32 (2) —for the stated period; or if no period is stated in the notice—until the approval is withdrawn.
- (a) if a period is stated in the notice under section 32 (2) —for the stated period; or
- (b) if no period is stated in the notice—until the approval is withdrawn.
