sec.31 Conditions of approval
The chief executive may give the approval— on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of the calcutta sweep; or on other conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest.
- (a) on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of the calcutta sweep; or
- (b) on other conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest.
